Every piece at Mystiva Jewels is made to order to guarantee peak brilliance and tailored ring sizing. Hand-casting, stone-setting, optical polish, and hallmarking take 10 to 12 business days before dispatch.

As soon as your jewellery passes final quality inspection and is handed to the courier, an automated email and SMS notification containing your tracking number is sent. Because our shipments contain precious fine jewellery, a signature is required upon delivery.
5. Customs, Taxes & International Import Duties
For international deliveries, recipients may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees determined by their destination country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
